Unable to find the take-away menu when you want it? Fancy trying something new but you don't know what is on offer? If they are familiar situations, a Grimsby man may well have the answer. Mike Smalley has come up with an innovative web-based business Fodder Finder, a one-stop online resource that can bring together all the offerings of the hundreds of outlets in the area. With internet penetration in homes ever increasing, and last year seeing money spent on eating out topping that spent on groceries, the market place is clear, and he wants a slice of it.	He said: "I simply couldn't find my favourite chinese menu one night and thought it would be a really good idea to find menus online. I had a quick look and couldn't find anything like what I wanted to do, and that's what started it all off. "I have a pproached a couple of take-aways and they think it is a really good idea, and everyone I have spoken to thinks it is too." A plant operator at Ciba Specialty Chemicals, working shifts has allowed him to develop the site, which is now at launch point. With 90 menu's currently on there, he is giving a free month's trial to all those he has uploaded, before offering them permanent space for £25 a year. Mr Smalley said: "Hopefully it will really take	off and more and more take-aways will come on board. If that happens I will look at the wider local area, and possibly even nationwide." Having first played with website development with a car club several years ago, he has always been looking for an idea that could work. And search engines are already picking up his site. Mr Smalley, who runs it from his Laceby Acres home added: "I had been trying to come up with an idea for a website for years.
